Acceptance of terms
By using newuptrend.in or engaging New Up Trend for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Our services
We provide branding, digital marketing, web and app development, SEO, ad shoots, IT consulting, IT security, graphic design, cloud solutions, e-commerce development and AI marketing. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or quotation, which forms part of our agreement with you.
Quotations and payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins after written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Remaining payments are due as per the milestones in the proposal.
- Taxes such as GST or VAT apply as per local law.
- Delayed payments may pause work or delay delivery.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may change the project timeline. You confirm that any material you supply (logos, images, text) is yours or that you have the right to use it.
Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional changes or new requirements outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as domain registrars, hosting providers, advertising networks and app stores. Their fees and terms are separate, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions.
Marketing results
We work to agreed strategies and best practices, but rankings, reach, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results unless stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data.
Website use
Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to New Up Trend and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kochi, Kerala. For services delivered through our Dubai office, the laws of the United Arab Emirates may apply as stated in the proposal.
