Cancellations
You may cancel a project by writing to us at any time. Fees for work already completed, along with any third-party costs already incurred, remain payable.
Refunds on advance payments
- Cancelled before work starts: the advance is refunded, minus any third-party costs already paid.
- Cancelled after work starts: we refund the portion of the advance not yet used, calculated on completed milestones and hours spent.
- Cancelled after delivery or approval of final work: no refund applies.
Non-refundable items
- Domain names, hosting, software licences, stock assets and other third-party purchases.
- Advertising budgets already spent on platforms such as Google or Meta.
- Completed ad shoots, including crew, studio and equipment bookings.
- Monthly retainers for months already started.
Monthly services
Retainer services such as digital marketing, SEO and support can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Billing stops at the end of the notice period.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval.
